Hi,We are running Jabber 11.0 and have found that the status doesn't always update.  Ex. Jabber may show that I'm on the phone but in reality I'm not.  It usually takes the other staff person signing out of Jabber and back in before the status update...

In Jabber with I go to Settings/Communicate all WebEx options are greyed.  Can someone assist me in getting this activated? ThanksDana
