Webex option grey out

In Jabber with I go to Settings/Communicate all WebEx options are greyed.  Can someone assist me in getting this activated?

Have you configured your conferencing UC service in CUCM?? If not, you need to do that.

Sorry I fairly new to Cisco software - where would I configure the UC service?

User Management -> User Settings -> UC Service
Then attach it to the Service Profile and apply to your user.
