after mute lit ,it did not enter reset progress, after cisco logo, it displays "big easy diagnostics", someone know about this?

when reset ,it was normal,but after mute lights,it did not reset , display "big easy diagnostics" after cisco logo. and whatever I reset ,it display the same. someone know about this?

8861启动失败，重置失败，显示big easy diagnostics

8861话机启动失败，重置失败，最后都显示big easy diagnostics重置时直到到mute按钮亮起，都是可以的，之后就没有重置过程直接显示big easy diagnostics，不知道怎么办了。。。
