ip phone 8861 factory rest failed, displays "big easy diagnostics"

after mute lit ,it did not enter reset progress, after cisco logo, it displays "big easy diagnostics", someone know about this?

Plug it in a dhcp enabled switch port with Option 150 pointing to correct TFTP and perform a factory reset as per the following

it seems that the phone did not connect to the network
