A high latency do not mean low throughput. You can have a high latency on link but good throughput so I can not change bandwidth parameter with only information on latency.

I don't know which device my radio link is connected to.
My issue is that ipsec add header and decrease MTU. Unfortunatly, the link have already low MTU and I wonder if there is a real benefit with adaptive QoS in my case. ...
it's on a 2921 router.
When I only plug the nm-16esw, I can create 48 vlans but with the two modules and intra chassis stacking, only 16.
I think it's because the vlan database is from hwic-d-9esw which allow just 16 vlans.
