Are any types of wireless LANs allowed in Qatar? http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/779/smbiz/wireless/approvals.html does not mention Qatar. If allowed, what Regulatory Domain / frequency plan applies?
Me too. I landed here when researching that log message. Sure enough, these messages came in the middle of some other complaints that I already know result from the vulnerability scan.
11a devices operate at 5GHz, 11b devices operate at 2.4GHz - they will not work together.The speed of the 11a link can only decrease while still associated to the 11a access point.
