To simplify, VRF's are no longer in the equation. I was thinking of connecting a small router into the core switch and spanning the port that connects to the firewall, then using NetFlow on the router to somehow provide data to some package on a PC?  Am I on the right lines here? Whenever I have encountered this before, the problem usually resides on the TFTP server. When it says "refer to log", it is referring to the log on your TFTP server. Problem could be a permissions issue within the config of the TFTP server, or even a software firewall on the TFTP server that is blocking the connection. This may be a silly question, but have you checked the patch leads that you are using actually have the correct pins connected for PoE? This would explain why the port comes up when you connect your laptop as that only needs transmit/receive pins. Try using a patch lead from a working phone on one of the 'dead' ones. ... View more

From the documentation - " The internal Ethernet port allows for a direct connection to a 10/100BASE-T Ethernet network through an RJ-45 interface with single LAN connectivity for the Cisco Unified IP Conference Station 7937G. The problem I have is that I am remote from the site, and all I see is hundreds of these messages coming from the WLC.  No problems have been reported from the site. I am unable to tell what SSID the messages relate to. The uptime on the WLC is 423 days, so I will arrange a window to get it rebooted and see if that does anything. I will also shut/no shut the ports the AP's are on so as to power cycle them. Will report back once I have been able to do that. ... View more
