A "show interface" does not show the additional ports at all. Additionally, a "show diag" shows that there is a module installed but says that it is not supported.

Thanks for the suggestion. Turns out that the telco had "adjusted" speeds for many of their customers while I was installing this router. Basically they screwed up and reduced the customer's speeds, nice timing, eh?
