Hi, the virtual controllers needs firmware 7.3. This however is not supported on WCS. It only supports up till 7.2.230 if i am not mistaken. We had to upgrade to NCS/Prime 1.2.ArjanSent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App

That will off course depend on the traffic from the gig ports. If you have 48 ports using 10% load, you'll need 4,8 gig uplinks, so 5 gig uplinks. I would advise to start of with your best estimate based on your user profiles. Then monitor the uplink...
