I have a user who is having some strange issues with CUPC over VPN using Cisco VPN client. I just upgraded them to the latest version 5.0.06 from 5.0.03, so maybe that solved it. But I thought I would ask to see if anyone else had the same problem....
Thanks Manish! I was missing both of those. I did not have the "Remote Administrator" role, and "Untrusted IP Addresses" was not allowed under the SMTP server settings.
One more thing is to make sure that TLS is disabled, as it is required by default...
Just to clarify. When we refer to BE5K which is what we bought. Are we referring to certain versions of CUCM, CUC on the physical hardware?
I thought we are still running BE5k, even though we updated to version 8.6.2 of CUCM.
