Anyconnect to Meraki MX

Has anyone had success with configuring a AnyConnect connection to a Meraki MX for user VPN connections.

VPN Problems with Windows XP SP2 Tablet 2005

When installing the VPN Client on the Tablet PC will casuse it to get into a reboot cycle. The verizon of the client is the 4.6 verison.Also is there a support verizon for the Windows XP SP2 Tablet 2005.
