I could resolve the issue by deleting every AnyConnect-entry and re-configured everthing.

Problem solved.The User is only allowed to be in one of the VPN-Groups in the ActiceDirectory.Those 2 problem-users where in two VPN-groups.So, problem fixed.
So, does it make sense to change the virtual IP to 2.2.2.2, 3.3.3.3 or whatever instead of 1.1.1.1?How do I know which IP is not given out by the IANA?
