Hi ThanksIts a point to point leased line, and 5 other phones on the remote end work fine, its just these two since they had their user changed.And if the DDI works then why would call from and extension not?
Ok,Its fixed now.Went onto phones web interface and enabled bluetooth, phone rebooted, and the buttons were back.Disabled bluetooth, phone rebooted and buttons still there.So problem solved but root cause not identified.Thanks for your helpGraeme
