They don't work on current Prime 3.3. I would not venture to perform an upgrade on Prime if these rather fundamental commands were not working. Also perform an application stop/start and the problem still persists.Next will be an appliance reboot.

HiI am not an O365 expert but as I understood ISE does not support service account authentication with an external/cloud SMTP server. Are you using API calls from ISE? Could you provide some detail on how you resolved this ? Many thanks.
