Hi, Can anyone help, I have gone through bug toolkit, documents and output interpreter and am unable to find a relevant issue. We have a Cisco ASA 5520 which we use both Cisco Anyconnect and Cisco SSL WebVPN on. Using the Webvpn we have an internal application called XXXXX (web based) I’ve setup a portal so if staff visit https://xxxxx and login using their credentials the applications launches (it’s just an internal web server url) The application works perfectly until they click a certain button within, at which stage this causes Internet Explorer to crash completely. If we connect internally using the same web browser the application works fine. The application also works fine via the WebVPN when using Internet Explorer 8/9/10 it only appears to crash Internet Explorer 7. I was wondering if this is a bug in the code on the ASA? Can you help? John

Thanks but that only displys the actively logged in users, I need an historical report on a particular user.

Can anyone help, I have some anyconnect clients that are showing up as using the same virtual MAC address in our AV reporting solution. Not entirely sure if this has always been the case though. We have added the virtual MAC vendor ID 00059a to the solution as an exception but is there a way of setting the MAC as unique for the anyconnect clients? Shared MAC ID : 00059a3c7800 John.

We have a static IP machine that when we change the IP to DHCP (clear and renew) the machine has no network access other than its own vlan. ARP table on the 3750 stack shows the following: Internet 192.168.78.64 3 e839.3448.c7ac ARPA Vlan116 Internet 192.168.78.88 37 e839.3448.c7ac ARPA Vlan116 Internet 192.168.78.84 45 e839.3448.c7ac ARPA Vlan116 Arp Timeout is default at 4 hours, however we don't get this issue on any other switches. We have a TFO overload alarm on a 612, thinking about upgrading these soon anyway. Just needed to know if they would auto clear and if we could auto clear old connections. We have a number of CIFS and LDAP connections running for over a month now.

To test I’ve put a secondary IP on the CM, and have changed the CM ip address on a test WAAS unit in the office. CM was 194.101.X.X Secondary IP is 122.206.X.X The WAAS unit is still showing the old IP as the registered CM but also the new IP as the current CM. Do I need to de-register the WASS Unit and re-register it? Thanks Daniel, I’m going to have a go changing the CM IP later, we’re able to get onto all of the remote WAAS units via SSH so I can change the address they look at for the CM. We’re still on version 4.1.1c for all devices, is this version still ok to use?
