Thanks. I've upgraded the IOS to a recent version and it fixed the problem. Disappointing that Cisco won't admit a bug on the previous versions.

That is strange because we have another C1941 router running ios c1900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M1.bin with NAT inside statements and I have no problem telneting to it.

Thanks Marvin. The challenge is that the end customer requires downloading of files larger than 50MB blocked, and to allow download of files less than 50MB. I don't think the C2921 IOS supports a feature such as that. Any thoughts?
