Thanks for the comment. I was under the impression that while using NAT, it should be more like ip nat OUTSIDE source static, since traffic is flowing from the inside interface to the outside interface. Am I correct in that understanding?

David, what u r describing is a feature of mobility. Anytime a remote destination hangs up the call is held for 10 seconds to be allowed to be picke dup from the desk phone. THis is normal and not pertatinning to OCS. This would happen even if your r...

This is correct. Mediation Server in OCS does not currently pass through the calling name. Microsoft is aware of this and we should hopefully see it fixed in a future release
