I use external call forward all. If the number I'm forward to is busy, is there a way to transfert the call back to Unity?
I'm installing a CUOM server all my devices and phones have been discovered, but when I'm trying to use Service level view it stop at 90% of the progresion bar "retrieving service level view data".Have any idea why?
