We are experimenting time problems with our Unity voicemail. We use to have a single Unity server and now we have installed a failover. Since then when our users listen to their messages, they hear random time stamp from the Unity notification message. If they save the message and hear it back, it give and other time stamp. Any idea where to look?

first I would look to see are the 2 unity server at the same time, are they set up for ntp?
what do you mean by "Unity notification message" voicemail? or message notification? there is a big difference.
there might also be some issues with dst? look up the field notices for dst.

In fact it's the Unity time stamp that you hear just before the message. The time stamp goes completely random. For exemple if it supposed to say: "Message number one, today at 5 pm", it will say "Message number one, july 20th at 1 am".

Sounds like you are experiencing defect CSCsd45379. You will need to open a TAC case to obtain and ES for your version of Unity.
