Cisco ASR rouuters not always showing on SNTC reports

Hi has anyone seen problems with missing ASR 1001-x routers on SNTC. I see some routers but not others. I have the same SNMP configuration on all routers. Thanks for any help, Jim

Inventory report does not show 6800 supervisor cards

The report shows chassis and other modules but not the 6800 sup cards. The report also shows 6500, 4500, Nexus sup cards. Antone had any luck with 6800 sup cards ?
