Customer is asking which document is correct for ISE Version 2.4 VM specs. Any guidance on below is highly appreciated.
Document 1 states 7-8 cores. (it could mean 16vCPUs in Virtualization world)

Generally for all the devices supported in CUCM .cop files are present by default.In case of any upgrades you need have these files taken from OEM. e.g .cop files are required for Polycom in CUCM 6.0 as CUCM hasn't started supporting it natively.
