Currently, we have a router with VWIC-MFT-T1. Can this interface supports E1 local loop handoff from local provider given that the speed we subscribed is sub-T1/T1 rate (1.5M or less) from the local provider?Thanks.

Thanks for the update. The error was the compat-libstdc++ RPM (which was a pre-req) was not installed on the system.Upon installing the RPM plus running "xvncserver" command instead of the "xvnc", the system is now graphing the output correctly.
