I have a 2821 with a vwic-2mft-t1 card connected to my Nortel switch, using QSIG. When calling from my 7960 phone into Nortel, the name display is not shown. Works using DMS100. Any ideas ?

Dustin, thanks for the info. This works very well for the 7960 model phone. However, it had no effect on the 7920 phone. Any thoughts ?
