I have a softphone configured, and it finds it's line appearances, and it will show an incoming call, but I cannot take it off hook to answer the incoming call or to make an outgoing call. Anyone know what is going on here? I'm using Softphone 1.3....
The reason is that MS SQL 7.0 will not install over Terminal Services. This is documented on Microsoft's web page. SQL 7.0 with SP3 and better will work properly via Terminal Services, so it should work if Cisco integrates the proper version of SQL...
