What is the trunking between the switches? Make sure they are both same either isl or dot1q. Bring down the connection betweenboth switches and do a show cdp neighbor once more. What is the output that you now get?
While the router is off take out the compact flash memory card and reset it. Then restart the router. Seems the flash card is not properly set.If that doesnt work out, could you please show some more error messages that you see?
