Version mismatch in about vs installed apps

How can I get the installed apps Webex version to show the same as the about in the Webex app? I know you can run a report in Webex control hub but being able to utilize endpoint management to manage/see versions and upgrade versions as needed. as so...

I posted this in the feature request for Jabber. I was told that everyone else works but mine so to post it here. The ability to search for more then just name in Jabber. Yes we can search by name in Jabber, this is fine if you know the person's name...
