What software version did

What software version did they send you? We are having a similar issue with 7965. They sent us SCCP45.9-4-2SK and it didn't help. thanks!

Thanks Anurag! I've restarted the Cisco Desktop Enterprise Service and Cisco Desktop Recording and Statistics Service, which DID NOT impact agents that are logged in, and Team Summary is displaying now. Tuan Nguyen
