I have a callback script. I would like to create a running log file that shows the callback numbers that have been presented to the agent. This is mostly to help find out if the caller has left an invalid number.
We found the same issue.
We tried the mentioned settings above then had an additional step.
When docked the the speaker volume on the dock can be increased by adjusting volume on the docked phone.
This solved our issue

BillMy callback script looks at local area codes as well as often callers do not add prefix LD codes. The call back also can play a recorded message to the agent.I'm using CCX 5.x but having trouble getting the timestamp and I don't know how to appen...
