Hello Edson, I had the same issue with the 6921 with firmware 9-1-1 and 9-2-1 in CME. You should install the last firmware for the 6921 (I think is 9-3-3-2 or similar) and it could fix it. Also I didnt hear the busy tone, and with this firmware works...
