If we restart the Spark kit plus, the Cisco Proximity App connects. Then if we quit the app and launch again it fails to connect. From same laptop model, we can connect successfully to DX80.
Please suggest.

Hi Saad,A small correction here. CUCM is not a gatekeeper and you cannot register Profile system to CUCM using H323.However You can use SIP to register and call between immersive and profile systems.Hope this helps.Regards,Sagar
