I tried searching the forum, but did not find my answer. Is there a way to retrieve past records to find where a user logged in to EM through a number of devices and exactly what time logged off from all those devices?
I have a user that is not able to listen to one particular message. The user gets the error "Message is currently not available at this time". All other messages she can access. Has anyone ran into this?
