fix is to uncheck the "Use SSL 2.0 compatible ClientHello format" in Advanced tab of the Java Control Panel (At the bottom). This worked for me.....

I recently installed ASDM to configure a new ASA5525, when I launch the tool i get an error saying it can't connect. Looking at the Java logs I see this entry every time I try to connect: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure I've changed Java version to match a co-worker who can launch the tool with no issues. What else do I need to change to get this working?

Rasika I see that view, but what I am looking for is a view when I click on the access point that shows me the computer of mobile device name? When I change the filter to the AP name, I see all the user names attached to it, but specifically I want to see the device name. Is there a why to filter to the device name?

All, We need some directions, we have a old WCS 5500 controller which is on it's way to being replace with ISE, but for now we need to pull some information from the current system. We are looking for a detail view of what devices are connected to a particular access point, something that shows the pc name or mobile device name. I am near positive I've seen the view before in the past, but just can't remember where to find it? Any direction would be greatly appreciated..

We are building out 2 new ISE servers one in each of our two DC's. I have the first one built and am now configuring the second. On the first one I was able to add LDAP integration and assign an AD group to Admin access to the new ISE server. On the second server, I was able to add LDAP integration however when I attempt to add the AD group for admin access, the system can not find the group? I think I doing the exact same steps I did on the first server, however it seems the new ISE server can not find the group in AD? If I go under Administration=>External Identity Sources=>LDAP=>Groups I see the group I want to use listed? So it seems the new ISE server can access LDAP and see the group there, but why can't it see it under Administration=>Admin Access? Any direction would be appreciated....

I am setting up a new ISE 2.4 server and I have created the connection to LDAP and tested the connection and it was successful. Now when I go to add Groups, I get no result if I search for any group (wildcard) not do I get any results if I search for a specific group name? So is there a setting I'm missing or is there more to the LDAP configuration I need to do?

We have users who moved to Windows 10 on Lenovo laptops using CIPC 8.6.6.0. with a wireless
Jabra Evolve 65 Bluetooth Headset who are experiencing issues with not being able to hear or speak to callers. When the issue occurs, a reboot of the pc will fix the issue temporarily but after a short time it comes back.
We did not see the issue while o Windows 7, it seem the move to Windows 10 may have something to do with it?
We tried moving to CIPC 8.6.6.1 but still having the same issue.
Has anyone seen of this issue?

We have agents using a Plantronics DA45 usb dongle with Cisco Softphone 8.6 on Dell Latitude E6440 and for some reason they recently stopped working. When the agent is on a call and picks it up thru the Softphone, the phone stops seeing the headset and sends the audio thru the built in speakers and mic. The agent then has to shut down and reboot pc to get the Plantronics device to show back up under Preferences on the Softphone. All this just started and the agent has been on the new pc for about 3 months now with no issue. My only thought is an incompatibility between the Plantronics DA45 and the 64 bit Windows based laptop? Any direction would be helpful?

Why can't I log into the Attendant Console web interface? We are having an issue with name not showing up when you search, so we rebooted the server, now we can't load the web page? Also, why would names not show up in the list of available users? if you search by name, nothing comes up, however, if you search by extension the names populates? I would think this uses the same DB for both look up types? Any direction would be helpful....

Gareth, The CSS is s et to an internal CSS, we try another CSS but it didn't work? So, if the calls are coming from and external number, do we need to set the CSS to one that can accept external calls? Is this what we're saying here? We have an International and Long Distance CSS in the system, should we try one of those?

Is it possibble to forward a directory number to a UCCX call queue in UCM 8.6? We have a number being used as a receptionist number, and when that person is on break or another call and can't answer an incoming call, the business unit wants to forward the call to a UCCX call queue where multiple agents can respond.
