the CER 11.5 release notes show that CUCM 12.5 is supported, however, in the CUCM 12.5 CSR it shows the min version of CER needs to be 12.5. can anyone confirm?
is there a way to tell or a report to show if a call was made via CAD or the phone? when I test making a call from either CAD or the phone and run CDR both calls show the device is the mac of the phone.
we have also been getting many issues reported of telecommuters whose IPCC is crashing after a call is hung up during a conference call with CAD in the picture. Is there any fix or suggestions?
