I am using the headset 730, and when i turn on noise cancellation, it actually introduces more noise than it removes, via a hissing background noise.
Makes the feature completely pointless.

havent been able to do any testing, but i note VPN (both RA and IPsec) is listed as a limitation of ASA clustering in this doc Deploy a Cluster for the ASA Virtual in a Public Cloud - Cisco
The other unit has the same characteristic, turning down the noise cancellation level fixes it. noting that I have only really tested in a low background noise environment, haven't tried on a flight / train etc yet.
thanks for answering (sorry forgot I even posted here and found this when googling the issue again...) I find the noise drops off when I turn off adaptive noise cancellation in the webex app accessory setting menu, and set it to level 40.
