We have the c3kx-nm10g module in a 3750 and are tying to use Cisco 10g-SFP-AOC3M Twinex cables, but the transceivers are not being recognied.. any ideas?

Whenever we run an FTP job that has to pass through 2x ASAs the connection is extremely slow (lots of dups).  Job runs fine when only running through one.  Both ASAs are running 9.2.  Any thoughts or pointers?
