the 3CX VOIP system does do DSCP Value of 46 , but the wizard doesnt ask for anything regarding a value
we have a 100/100MB line so was thinking 10-15% (10-15MB) would be enough ,

Hi Naveen , this could be down to your Java version , it can be a bit funny with different versions of JAVA, also you might want to right click and do as run as admin as well , i have seen some issues there as wellPaddi
can anyone assist me with the PRE-NAT for the VPN connection , i now have the 1941 configured, tested this morning and everything seems to be ok , VPN to our other office is up and running , but the VPN that needs to be NAT is not ? paddi
