Nope, Paxton offered little support and advise replacing all the switches.I suspect the fault lies with the Paxton side but a workaround would be helpful.
Thanks - that was a cable inside the unit that was removed as we thought it might be an issue, works on the 2960X now so I have it all linked up in the 9200 which is showing the following: ###################### It's on a patchlead (2m) #############...
Did you ever manage to resolve this?We have the same issue on 2960X switches and 9200's.Paxton's answer is to replace the switches - not helpful at all.
