Thanks. Here are my configuration details (in the attachment). Playing the ring tone doesn't work and it doesn't really matter if I have the Mute Jabber while on a Call checkbox on or off.
+1 to doing a Jabber client for Windows Phones. The new WebEx client on Windows Phones works great. If MSFT can do Lync on iOS and Android, Cisco can do Jabber on Windows Phone.
