Hi Jordoomer, You most likely hit this defect CSCun73729, details as below:https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCun73729 The fix is not in 9.7.6. You have to upgrade to 10.5.x. The latest version 10.6.4 is recommended. Regards. Jason Du
If audio is terminated at your desk phone, and video is using your PC camera, then MediaNet is required.Please make sure your PC is connected to the PC port of your 7975 phone too. And firmware is not 9.2.1
