apparrently "fast busy when trying to access voice mail" was related to improper signalling from keypad, which was a dtmf issure related to the "inband" sip provider. Please see original post for symptoms.
Just to update, we determined that the sip provider had moved our customer to an "inband" network, we had them move them back to an " out of band" provider and the DTMF problems went away. The sip provider is saying there is something wrong with...
