I found the solution. I had configured the SIP settings on TelePresence Server to use TCP instead of TLS. As soon as I changed the protocol, the calls worked fine.

Hi everyone,I have also uploaded the COP file to a CUCM 6.1(3). Now when I configure a phone I don't have the option to set the primary phone.I also have a CUCM in Version 7.1(5) and there we have the option to use the primary phone.Any ideas?Regards...
