sorry some typo mistake issue given below again. CUE Error:Request failed due to restricted geo location and logical partitioning,Failure reason= call will be rejected Hi Guys, Facing CUE issue. CUCM: 8.6.2.20000.1 CUE: 8.6 On CUE gettting following error when call comes from PSTN, calls not getting matured,when we dial from PSTN after two three seconds of silance getting busy tone and call get disconnected. Call flow is given as below, CUCM---MGCP Router----ISDN E1 PRI Operator call to mobile number over the PSTN then she tranfer that call to conference bridge nuber, after that when conference bridge prompt for pincode to mobile user and he press the pincode, bridge gives the error invalid number dialed. HI All, Facing on issue as describe below, CUCM version 8.6.2 Cisco 3900 Series router Problem description: Operator is dialing associates mobile number and patches(by transfer or conference) them in to conference(bridge) number after that When user are dialed the Pincode from his mobile getting error this pincode is not valid from bridge. Note: when operator dialed the pincode when she is in call with bridge number and mobile number pincode gets accpeted. when operator directly dialed the bridge number and enter the pincode she is able to get into conference bridge. Hi All, Need help to resolve DTMF issue for FXS port, setup details given below, 1) CUCM 8.6.2.29000 2) Cisco 3945 IOS: c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.153-1.T.bin 3)Vg224 IOS: vg224-i6k9s-mz.151-3.T4.bin VGs (3945 and 224 registered with CUCM using SCCP protocol, when analog user do the PSTN calling DTMF does not work, from IP phones calling to same number DTMF works fine. One more observation from analog phone DTMF works fine over VOIP, only for PSTN calling we are facing DTMF issue. Call Flow: Analog Phone ----> AVG (3945 and 224) ----> CUCM -----> 3945PSTN VG(MGCP) Thanks in advance for you help. Regards Akash

As i said device does not roam to other physical location that's mean it will use the same Call forward CSS of line.

at line level it is system default policy and in service parameter it is configured CSS settings. I have device mobility configuration, does this can cause this issue, though device is not moved from Physical location. Regards

Hi All, Facing Offnet to offnet call forward issue. when we forward all to offnet number following thing observed, 1) internal calls gets forwarded to offnet number. 2) offnet calls gets transfer to offnet number(logical partition issue not suspect). 3) service paramter for offnet to offnet call is default configuration. 4) forward all CSS configured same as line css which has all offnet call access( Local,STD and ISD). HI Guys, Want configure the Hunt group in SRST mode for CUE AA, facing following problem. AA call flow: after welcome greeting plays if no did number is not dailed call should get transfer to operator. operator has six lines(7962) configured, we have created hunt group with list contains six numbers of operator. in AA script configured on CUE operator number define pilot number of hunt group so that call should get to logest ideal number define in hunt list. Same AA script working fine with CUCM but in srst mode call does not hit to pilot number, after welcome greeting call get disconnected, but when we edit the AA script and change the operator number from pilot to DN number of operator call gets transferd to operator. Need help to resolve this issue. Regards

HI, I am facing one problem related to MOH, problem details are given below, i have three cucm servers PUB, SUB and MOH/TFTP. Phones are registered to SUB and backup is PUB for MOH also SUB is primary and PUB is backup server. Servers are at DC, not hardware resource are available at DC , phone are at Branch sites. MOH server and phones are at same region using G711. When Phone A calls Phones B in same branch location or vica versa and one party put on hold another party MOH is not working. but when i use subscriber as MOH server where all phones are registered MOH working fine from Subscriber server. What i observed is when on phone registered server we enabled MOH service, MOH works fine, but if we use standalone MOH server it does not work. Not sure what is the reason that Standalone MOH server not working. Appricate if someone help me to resolve this issue. Regards
