before adding static port, you can re-enter one of the vlan-domain member in the interface, the parser will accept. Exemple: APIC-01(config-po-chif)#: vlan-domain member <name> type phys switchport trunk allowed.......... Although CLI is not a best...

On Schema view, there should be Template Properties that need to be selected. If this is not selected, we will not be able to view the static path. It's a cosmetic improvement we hope to see Dev team need to remedy next.

I'm having the similar issue as well. When I tested the phone connected straight to the switchport, it works!. Surely physical connectivity issue from user cubicle network faceplate to the patch management rack.
