Please double check your LDAP Profile settings, making sure your Bind Distinguished Name (DN) and password are correct. According to the SRND of CUPS, you need to use the format of username@domain.com for Distinguished Name.
Case update:We had to uninstall CUPC 8.5, flushing out all UserData and registry settings. Re-installed CUPC 8.5, and now they are shown as registered.Thank you for your help!Bo
