If a new ‘self-on- boarding’ customer has just purchased the Basic or Enhanced service for Connected TAC Market Trial, what steps do they need to take to register and start using the Diagnostic bridge UI?

I had this issue when SNTC 3.5 was first released. This is what TAC advised. It cleared my issues. It seems the language setting was the one that was critical.
