I found the answer from google. RTMT v.11.5 doesnot work with java version 1.8 on centos 7.3. You need to install the java-1.7.0-openjdk RPM, then run installation as "sudo ./CcmServRtmtPlugin.bin LAX_VM </path/to/java/version1.7/binary>
