I have configured GRE tunnel and enabled OSPF on R1 and R3 Routers. Frequently Tunnel interface Protocol is going down. So neighbor relation also breaking. What may be the issue? Topology attached.

I am Having 11 Mbps Internet from my service provider. I need to divide that to two different network in 60:40 Ratio. I am having a Cisco 3550 Switch for this. Is it possible to do the same configuration? and how?

Follow what Mark told and can get Mac to Ip details from Switch itself. I am using angry Ip scanner for finding MAC to IP details within LAN.

Hi, As per you, you had done IP address configuration and given default route as well. I guess you have configured private ip address to inside of your network. You need to do NAT for making LAN to WAN Communication. - PPN

Check the logg. Make sure that you are mac address is mapped. U can use sticky cmd for the same. do a sht and no sht cmd after that.
