No I've not figured it out. TAC is not able to either. Right now I'm using my workaround

I was able to use a BX-D but not BX-U, strange but it does work. Had to talk to the other party to change SFP on their end too.

I do have the same issue. Light does not go from amber to green. Tried multiple SFP. I does get identified correctly and we've checked the incoming fiber with a light-meter. But there's no output from the Cisco. Any special configuration?

Interesting. I've not rebooted the firewall in my case. It usually heals itself quickly with just a couple of pings lost. But sometimes someone has to physically reseat the cable. I've replaced the cable without luck. And now I've put a Cisco switch ...
