Upgrading from 7.7 to 7.9. I have media servers running RHEL 5.11 & 6.6.
Do I have to upgrade the 5.11 to 6.6 before upgrading to 7.9?
If so where or how do I up grade the Red Hat?
Running VSOM 7.7. Can't get see any video. Dell E5250 running WIN8.1 and IE11.

Trying to get the PTZ to work in VSOM 7.5.1 using the driver for the M3007 Axis camera.M3007 camera is installed and created template for the 360 view. That works fine butI can not zoom in. PTZ works fine in a browser.
Having trouble using VSM Viewer 2.1 with Iphone 6 and Ipad Air.Connected to VPN but that's as far as I go.Can't seem to find any docs on the VSM Viewer.Would like to know what port is used by the app so I can open it up on the firewall.Thanks
Axis P3304 has gone end of life...the template I have dones not work properly with the replacement cameraP3214. How do I create a template for the P3214.

From what I can find out, I will have to use the recovery software which is 7.8.
But it also upgrades the RHEL to 6.
Then I can upgrade everything to 7.9
