Hi,have you actually built the vlans as well?. I believe they have to exist in the database and not just be referenced in the mstp group in order for them to show up in the config.

Whats the memory,flash,ios on this box? what other procs is it running?their is a command vpdn session-limit to define how many vpdns you will allow to terminate on the router but i doubt this is your issue.
